What are you going to do?
As Climate Solutions Manager at Grain & Protein Technologies, you lead the commercial strategy for integrated climate control solutions across the greenhouse and livestock sectors. You drive sales of ventilation, cooling, and heating systems while identifying market opportunities and developing tailored solutions that address evolving customer needs across multiple regions.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive sales of core climate equipment including ventilation, cooling, and heating systems across assigned territories
- Expand product portfolio by promoting integrated climate control solutions for naturally and mechanically ventilated greenhouses
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with leading livestock and greenhouse manufacturers and turnkey project suppliers
- Identify market gaps and develop actionable growth strategies with specific focus for livestock and greenhouse segments expansion
- Define compelling value propositions and product positioning aligned with evolving customer requirements
- Analyze market trends, investment activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy
- Engage with dealers and key decision-makers to translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Horticulture, Agronomy, Animal Husbandry, or related field
- Minimum five years of proven technical sales or business development experience in agricultural sector
- In-depth knowledge of controlled environment agriculture, greenhouse structures, climate control systems, and irrigation technologies
- Fluency in English and preferably an additional language such as Italian, French, Spanish or German
- Proficiency with CRM tools including Salesforce and standard sales reporting practices
- Demonstrated ability to travel extensively within EMEA region (50-70% travel requirement)
