Reporting to theSenior Vice President PSI, you will be fully accountable for defining market strategy, leading a global team, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth across regions.
In this role, you are bothbusinessowner andpeopleleader. You will lead and develop a global teamof business development and product management professionalswhile working cross‑functionally withSales, Business Development, Product Management, Innovation & Solutions Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Marketing. You will be recognized internally as thebusiness driver for your market segment(s), ensuring alignment,focusand execution across the organization.
