As B2BMarketingLead you play a key role in the transition from ingredient supplier to solutions partner. You translate strategy, portfolio and market insights into clear value propositions that strengthen our position and drive commercial growth.
You will
• Lead and execute the B2Bmarketingstrategy across business lines
• Translate customer, market and consumer insights into strong propositions and category stories
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure a consistent, distinctive market presence
• Drive demand generation through campaigns, content and sales enablement
• Translate complex ingredient expertise into clear, compelling customer value
• Monitor performance and continuously improve impact based on data and insights
• Lead internal communication to connect strategy, purpose and behaviour across the organisation
• Build, coach and develop a high performingmarketingteam
