Your activities
As an Online Marketing Intern within the Global Marketing department, you will help optimize the online customer journey for healthcare professionals. You will explore how healthcare professionals search for, experience, and use online information, and translate insights into concrete improvements in content, campaigns, and digital touchpoints.
This will give you broad exposure to online marketing within an international organization and valuable experience at the intersection of data, content, customer journey optimization, and digital performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Global Marketing
• Supporting the mapping and analysis of the online customer journey for healthcare professionals;
• Assisting in the optimization of websites, landing pages, and content to improve the online experience;
• Analyzing the performance of digital channels, campaigns, and content based on data and dashboards;
• Identifying opportunities for conversion optimization, usability improvements, and engagement;
• Supporting the development and improvement of online content aimed at healthcare professionals;
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement digital improvements.
Opportunity for additional focus in:
• SEO, content performance, and online visibility;
• Customer journey analysis, audience insights, and marketing automation.

This internship takes place within the Global Marketing team.This department consists of specialists in Branding, Product Innovation, Customer and Market insights, and Digital Marketing.
You will work with colleagues with different areas of expertise within digital marketing and have the opportunity to contribute to international digital projects. During your internship, you will be guided by an experienced marketing professional within the team.

You are the fit if
• You are currently enrolled in a university of applied sciences (HBO) or university (WO) degree in marketing, communication, commercial economics, digital media, or a comparable field of study;
• You have an affinity with online marketing, customer journeys, and digital optimization;
• You are analytical and enjoy turning data into insights;
• You are proactive, curious, and eager to take initiative;
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders;
• You work accurately and are able to keep a good overview;
• You communicate effectively in English, which is the daily working language within the team.
Rewards & benefits
• An internship allowance of €625.00 per month based on a 40-hour internship week;
• A hands-on internship for a period of approximately 5 to 6 months, with the start date to be agreed upon;
