Where we need you:

As Marketing Manager Global Travel Retail, you will be part of a vibrant international team responsible for the sales and marketing of Travel Retail products across airports, border shops, ferries, and cruises worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the experience of travelers globally, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

Develop a category vision and strategy, and create an annual trade marketing plan.
Gather consumer and shopper insights from research and data analysis, translating these into actionable initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end innovation funnel, from ideation to launch at our sales locations worldwide.
Plan and execute Shopper Marketing activities, including visibility tools, activations, and promotions.
Maintain and update the existing Travel Retail assortment.
Manage communications to customers and shoppers.
Drive individual projects, such as NPD, research, or activations.
Oversee the effective and efficient use of the marketing budget.
Lead a team of 3 marketers: 2 International Product Managers and 1 International Shopper Marketeer, supporting their growth and development.

The ideal recipe for our new Marketing Manager Global Travel Retail

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Master’s Degree in Business, preferably with a specialization in marketing.
At least 6 years of experience working with strong brands in a (trade) marketing role.
Background in the FMCG industry, preferably within an international environment.
Strong experience in product development and shopper marketing.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience managing a team.
Fluent English and Dutch.

You are:

Independent, analytical, and proactive.
Results-driven, flexible, initiative-taking, and hands-on.
Communicatively skilled, both verbally and in writing.
