What you will do
- Be responsible for the sustainable future growth of the assigned product categories throughout the Lamb Weston region
- · Ensure a strategic offer of products, services and activities that facilitates customer loyalty and brings new customers in
- · Lead portfolio management for the assigned product group as part of internal business process
- · Lead and drive strategic rejuvenations/innovations, driven by trends, market dynamics and customers and consumers insights to better serve customers, beat competitors and increase profitability, with effective and efficient launch planning, implementation and evaluation
- · Set the strategic direction, the guidelines and policies for the go to market approach for the assigned product groups including context, target group(s), positioning, value proposition and key messages
- · Track product performance to ensure right learnings are embedded into the system and conveniently shared
- · Lead change and challenge the status quo
What do you bring to the table?
- · A Bachelor/Master degree in the direction of Marketing or Sales is preferable
- · +8 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG companies
- · Proven experience in Product/Portfolio Management
- · Fluent in English, spoken and written, is a must
