About the Role

Caldic is now looking to hire aConsolidation and Reporting Controllerto join the team. This is a unique opportunity if you want to fast track a dynamic career. As a Consolidation and Reporting controlleryou play a key role in the consolidation of the group financial results and in the optimization of the month-end processes.In a dynamic and international team, you will manage a broad range of activities such as:

Key Responsibilities

Assures integrity and completeness of all workflow steps from submission to consolidated reporting
Runs and analyses built-in OneStream check reports. Translates anomalies to systems and/or data actions required
Translates system functionality updates to data and/or process changes required (and vice versa)
Ensures correctness / completeness of integration flows (inbound & outbound)
Is the contact person (knowledge) to OneStream and/or Service organization (translates business needs to functional requirements). It this context, ensures the newly developed functionalities meet the requirements and the expected quality standards
Engages with a network of Senior Regional Users to ensure that new features are correctly understood and/or that the right reporting behaviors are adopted in the organization
Perform data intervention (e.g. restatements) to ensure that data are fit for internal and external reporting needs
Delivers high quality training & other supportive materials to educate finance teams on the consolidation tool and related processes
Support the Accounting and the Performance Management teams in the governance (from design to implementation) of the Group Chart of Accounts and the Cost Centre hierarchies.

Job Requirements

10+ years’ experience with finance consolidation systems and related processes
Advanced OneStream (or Hyperion) understanding and detailed understanding of the technicalities of the financial consolidation is a must
Extensive experience in the Record-to-Report process tool
Able to understand and lead improvements in the ERP to Consolidation tool journey
Understanding of the key financial statements
Expertise with accounting standards under IFRS
Ideally with experience in multinational companies
