Your activities
In this role you take ownership of Kabrita’s global website experience and ensure a consistent, scalable and high performing digital presence across all markets. You drive the development and evolution of our Shopify platform, guide major redesigns, coordinate international needs and use data, technology and innovation to continuously improve the customer journey.
You will also:
- Lead end to end development of new website features from requirements to launch.
- Manage integrations with CRM, email, data feeds and external tools.
- Analyze customer insights to boost UX, conversion and overall performance.
- Support local teams with onboarding, feature rollouts and best practice guidance.
- Translate technical topics into clear direction for marketing and commercial teams.
- Explore and apply AI and new technologies to accelerate digital growth.

Our international KIBU team is headquartered in Zwolle and operates across six sales regions supported by five sales organizations worldwide.
You are the fit if

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, paid) and how they drive growth.

3+ years of experience translating business goals into website and technical solutions.

Skilled in e-commerce and web development; Shopify experience is a plus.

Comfortable with marketing tech and e-commerce tools (CRM, email, data feeds, integrations).

Data-driven, using analytics and A/B testing (GA4, CRO) to optimize performance.

Able to bridge marketing and technology, turning ideas into clear specs and live features.

Effective communicator in international, cross-functional teams.

Organized, accountable, and quick to learn new tools and trends.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
