Are you ready to take ownership of international growth in one of the world’s leading premium infant nutrition brands?
As International Account Manager Europe, you are responsible for accelerating Kabrita Europe’s commercial performance in assigned European markets, with an initial focus on France and Belgium. You report directly to the Business Lead Europe and play a key role in translating the European commercial strategy into tangible country and account growth.
You operate as the commercial owner of your markets: developing strategic account plans, identifying new distribution opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring flawless execution across the value chain. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution and cross-functional leadership in a regulated and international environment.

You will join Ausnutria Nutrition Europe, of which its international Marketing and Sales team is based in Zwolle. Ausnutria Nutrition Europe is one of the 5 commercial entities of the Kabrita International Business Unit (KIBU). Kabrita is the company’s flagship consumer brand and the global market leader in goat milk-based infant formula. This premium product is trusted by parents across the globe and continues to grow in reach and impact.

You are the fit if
- A Bachelor’sor Master’s degreein International Business, Business administration or a commercial related field;
- You bring 5+ years of international commercial experience, preferably in FMCG, nutrition or regulated industries;
- You have a proven track record in developing new markets outside the Netherlands;
- You Combine strong analytical skills with commercial instinct;
- You take ownership and operate independently in an international, regulated environment;
- You have experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional environments;
- You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken); being fluent in Dutch is a plus;
- Have experience in a global or multi-market role and familiarity with infant nutrition regulations or highly regulated categories is a plus;
- You bring confidence, collaboration and ambition together, with a strong drive to grow and lead cross-functional collaboration to accelerate performance and sustainable growth; most importantly: you take ownership and deliver results.
