You deliver a reliable demand forecast and align production and supply with European market demand. You work closely with regional and global stakeholders and report to the Demand Planning & Customer Supply Chain Director in Utrecht.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of five (demand planners/customer service, logistics) across five countries to set the final market forecast and improve forecast accuracy.
- Implement and scale demand planning best practices from other markets/brands.
- Ensure a smooth, cost-efficient order-to-delivery operation (including compliance); steer warehouse, inventory and logistics choices.
- Drive improvements in order management and transport processes.
- Contribute to (global) leadership priorities, performance and resolution of delivery/inventory issues.
- Build a high-performing team: coach, develop, attract/retain talent and manage the budget with HR.
Who are you?
- Relevant experience in supply chain management (preferably FMCG).
- Strong stakeholder management; persuasive communicator and confident presenter.
- Hands-on, flexible and results-driven
- Analytical and process-driven; familiar with planning methods and forecasting models.
- Experience in project management and negotiation (incl. 3PLs).
- International/cultural sensitivity; SAP and EDI/master data knowledge are a plus.
