We are currently looking for a colleague with the right skill set to help implement necessary customs procedures across ECA with the end goal of being able to make use of all benefits potential customs licenses can bring to the BU. You have an important role to help mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for the business and drive the implementation of a customs compliance framework.
You are the first point of contact for Opco’s with customs related questions such as classification, origin, valuation etc. You can escalate towards Nutreco Customs Centre of excellence for support. If further support is needed, outsourcing can be taken into consideration.
Skills and Expertise
You have a good understanding of customs and are willing to learn. Experience/knowledge of customs declarations, HS classification, origin assessment, maintenance of customs licenses and/or customs valuation is strongly preferred.
Your skills include time management, problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking and teamwork.
