As Sales & Export Lead Europe, you will take ownership of driving our Withe Dairy strategy across Europe. You will be at the forefront of building long-term partnerships, capturing new opportunities, and ensuring our White Dairy business becomes a consistent growth engine.
What you will do:
- Lead the White Dairy strategy across EU: Execute and grow Private Label opportunities, manage tenders, and strengthen our PL sales capability and portfolio.
- Drive partnerships with Buying Groups & Retail Alliances: Coordinate across markets and teams to manage key groups (Everest, Vasco, Eurelec) and alliances (EPIC, EMD, Coopernic, Agecore). You will orchestrate cross-country collaboration while taking the lead in negotiations where it matters most.
- Own the White Dairy Private Label agenda: From managing the tender calendar to spotting risks and opportunities, you will be the driving force behind cross-country PL projects.
- Lead and grow the Export business: Take charge of our Export team (5 FTE: 2 Sales Managers, 1 Marketing Brand Manager, 1 Sales Assistant, 1 Driver) and expand Export into a strong, reliable contributor to our EU EBIT ambition.
- Inspire transformation: Play a key role in the “Let’s Ace It” roll-out across EU with the opportunity to take full leadership of the program in the future.
