Lead Data & Analytics – Europe
In this role, you will lead the European Data & Analytics function and play a key role in defining how data drives our business. You will work closely with regional business leaders, IT teams, and global digital functions to deliver impactful analytics solutions while building and leading a high-performing team.
The tasks and responsibilities are:
• Lead the Data & Analytics for Europe, aligning analytics initiatives with business priorities across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance.
• Own and continuously evolve the European data & analytics platform built on Snowflake and Azure.
• Partner with business and IT leaders across European markets to identify high-value data & analytics opportunities that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
• Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI use cases in our data & analytics platform, including demand forecasting, production optimization, quality analytics, and supply chain insights.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions, ensuring effective integration and use of enterprise data, particularly from SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Data & Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain data governance, data quality standards, and best practices across the regional analytics landscape.
• Collaborate with global IT and digital teams to ensure alignment with solution architecture, security, and data strategy.
• Manage external technology partners and vendors to accelerate the delivery of data & analytics capabilities.
• Promote data literacy and analytics adoption across the organization through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
About you
We are looking for a strategic data leader with strong business insight and leadership capabilities, with the following background and experience:
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• You have 8–12+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data platform environments, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering analytics solutions using Snowflake, Power BI, and/or Qlik.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience implementing analytics solutions leveraging SAP ecosystem data, with solid knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into data & analytics solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and international analytics initiatives across multiple countries or regions.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and business teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or beverage industry environments is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment.
