What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire Supply Chain. You will lead a team responsible for coordinating Export (outside the EU), Inbound, and Outbound flows. By keeping a sharp eye on commercial opportunities, costs, delivery reliability, and improvements, you will connect all steps into one strong, future‑focused process. Optimising processes and flows are an important part of this role.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing a Supply Chain strategy aligned with our business objectives.Coordinating purchase and planning activities with logistics, warehousing, distribution, outbound, and container planning.
Improving processes and leading projects, for example in automation (new ERP implementation) and sustainability.
Managing the Supply Chain team (8 employees) and ensuring effective cross‑department collaboration, while monitoring key KPIs such as lead time, stock levels and adjusting where necessary.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and selecting the right logistics partners (in terms of cost, reliability, and quality).
Monitoring budgets, reporting on progress, and advising management.
Overseeing the performance, expansion, and costs of external storage locations.
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
You will work 40 hours per week at our office in Barneveld, collaborating daily within a flat, open, and engaged organisation. Your start time is flexible between 07:30 and 09:00 so you can align your workday with what best suits your morning or schedule.
A key responsibility within your role is bringing together the Inbound, Outbound, and Export Documentation teams into one strong and future‑proof Supply Chain team.
As our company is growing rapidly and continuously evolving, your experience in change management will be extremely valuable: you will provide direction, guide colleagues through transitions, and encourage collaboration around new processes and ways of working.
What will you bring?
Higher professional education (HBO)/university level of working and thinking.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management (both inbound and outbound) and leading large projects.
Availability of 40 hours per week to work at our office in Barneveld.
Strong command of the English language (Dutch is a plus).
A combination of change‑management skills and strategic insight to effectively drive developments and the Supply Chain.
