Are you passionate about driving innovation in the world of infant nutrition? At Ausnutria, we are seeking an energetic and results-driven Global Innovation Project Manager Innovation to join our Kabrita team. In this role, you will report to the Infant Category Lead.
You will drive the execution of innovation and renovation projects for the Kabrita Infant product portfolio, from ideation through development to launch. You take hands-on ownership of project planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across cross-functional teams. You identify product opportunities by analysing market and customer trends alongside scientific and commercial inputs, and translate these into well-defined product concepts and executable projects. Within agreed category and innovation strategies, you contribute to the innovation pipeline by turning opportunities into clear priorities and structured project plans, keeping work moving forward. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from R&D, regulatory affairs, product formulation, medical brand management, local marketing, and sales teams. Although there are no direct reporting lines, you will effectively lead without authority, influencing and guiding teams toward shared goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product development projects within the Kabrita Infant portfolio from early concept feasibility through to launch, leading multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial to drive clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making.
- Own day-to-day project management, including project charters, timelines, and delivery tracking, using project management tools to ensure transparency, consistency, and disciplined execution.
- Analyse market, customer, and category insights to identify product white spaces and shape early product concepts with clear, feasible development routes grounded in commercial reality.
- Build robust business cases integrating cost estimates, risk assessments, and scenario planning to support fact-based project recommendations.
- Drive stage-gate discipline by using project management tools to prepare project documentation, coordinate reviews, present recommendations, and ensure decisions are insight-driven and commercially grounded.
- Proactively identify issues, manage trade-offs, and escalate when needed to maintain momentum and delivery.

Our international KIBU team is headquartered in Zwolle and operates across six sales regions supported by five sales organizations worldwide.
You are the fit if
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional product development projects end-to-end, with strong hands-on use of project management tools and methodologies, preferably in FMCG, food, nutrition, or regulated environments.
- Strong business and market acumen, with the ability to understand commercial priorities, customer and category dynamics, and translate insights into sound project decisions and actionable inputs.
- Able to prioritise effectively, surface issues early, make clear decisions, and solve problems pragmatically while maintaining momentum.
- High ownership and energy, with the discipline to execute in detail while also zooming out to understand the bigger picture.
- Clear, collaborative communicator who builds trust, manages stakeholders effectively, and keeps teams engaged.
- Comfortable with a dynamic or a changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
