We’re looking for a Coordinator Foodservices Netherlands & Belgium (BENE) to join our commercial team and take a leading role in driving growth and partnership excellence across key regional and national customers.
Under the Country Manager France, BENE, Scandinavia, you will be responsible for shaping the BENE foodservices strategy and execution that deliver long-term value. You will be leading the BENE team and manage some of our most important accounts, lead strategic projects, and act as a trusted advisor to customers while mentoring junior colleagues and helping to elevate our sales excellence across the region.
You’ll play a key part in bringing our Customer Connect strategy to life — ensuring consistency, collaboration, and best-in-class execution across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Market insights: Analyze performance, trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
- Lead growth: Drive sales and profitability within a portfolio of high-value customers, developing long-term strategies that align with Lamb Weston’s business objectives.
- Management of 2 National account Manager and 1 International Account Manager.
- Strategic partnerships: Build and nurture senior-level relationships with customers, acting as a consultative partner who identifies opportunities and delivers innovative, tailored solutions.
- Commercial leadership: Lead negotiations, manage contracts and pricing, oversee forecasts, and ensure commercial discipline and accuracy.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, category, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution of promotions, product launches, and joint business plans.
- Mentorship & influence: Support and coach account managers and coordinators, contributing to the team’s development and commercial excellence.
- Brand representation: Represent Lamb Weston at key industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows — acting as a true ambassador of our brand and values.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, within FMCG or food.
- Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and delivering sustained commercial results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth plans.
- High energy, resilience, and a collaborative, results-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken).
- Experience in managing a team.
