You speak the language C-level understands workforce analytics that wake-up boardrooms, hard ROI on talent investments, data-driven workforce planning. You've seen how integrations fail and succeed. You digitalize because it delivers business value: processes that free up time, systems that provide insight, platforms that develop talent. But this role demands more than vision alone. You roll up your sleeves to clean up existing routines, integrate fragmented processes, and raise standards where needed. You're strategic, yet hands-on and equally comfortable shaping boardroom strategy as you are driving operational excellence on the ground
