What are you going to do?
As Industry Relations Manager, you build and nurture high-valuerelationships with global French fry producers. You develop multi-year account strategies,deliver market intelligence, and act as a trusted advisor connecting customer needs with Solana's production capabilities and innovation roadmap.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Create and manage account strategies that strengthen Solana's market position, driveprofitability, and ensure long-term customer loyalty
- Lead contract negotiations focused on transparency, reliability, and mutual benefit,managing price discussions and supply agreements
- Deliver market intelligence on availability, capacity, variety performance, and cultivationinnovations to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate collaboration between production, planning, and product developmentteams to align supply forecasts with contractual obligations
- Act as internal ambassador for customer needs, contributing insights to variety strategyand product innovation initiatives
- Support Solana's international expansion into emerging markets such as India, China and South America

Job requirements:
- Minimum five-seven years of experience in B2B key account management or partnershipdevelopment, preferably in agribusiness or food processing
- Deep understanding of supply chains with proven knowledge of seed potatoes, potatocultivation, or French fry processing
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-year contract negotiation and strategic sales planning
- Ability to conduct market and supply chain analysis, including availability forecastingand capacity planning
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German and/or French highly valued
- International business experience with comfort working across multiple Europeanmarkets
