Interim Global Project Manager
Procurement / 3-Year Plan
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to coordinate the Procurement 3-Year planning process globally. This interim role will ensure a structured, consistent and timely delivery of the 3-year plan across all procurement teams and regions. You will act as the central point of contact to manage timelines, consolidate inputs, and maintain clarity and alignment throughout the process.
📍 Location: Rotterdam
🕐 Availability: 5 days per week à start ASAP
📅 Duration: At least 3 months
Key deliverables:
- Coordinate the global 3-Year Plan timeline and milestones for Procurement
- Ensure all regional and functional stakeholders provide accurate inputs on time
- Consolidate, validate, and format data into a consistent and readable plan
- Manage version control, document flow and stakeholder communication
- Support presentation preparation and ensure alignment with existing templates and standards
What are we looking for:
✔️Strong project management skills with experience coordinating international cross-functional teams
✔️Experience as a consultant – preferably at a Big4 firm
✔️Excellent organizational and communication abilities
✔️Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
✔️Experience in procurement or finance environments is an advantage
✔️ Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a global context
