What are you going to do?
As Area Sales Manager for Poland and Central/Eastern European countries, you take ownership of commercial growth across this strategic territory. You develop and maintain relationships with representatives and agents, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales expansion through effective strategy implementation and customer engagement.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and international representatives and agents across your territory
- Identify new business opportunities and systematically acquire potential representatives and agents
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies tailored to regional market dynamics
- Manage incoming orders, quotations, and risk assessment during the sales process
- Support customers in securing orders and executing projects successfully
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop effective campaigns and innovative solutions
- Prepare market analyses, reports, and presentations including annual reviews
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities
- Present products to customers and represent the company at international trade fairs

Job requirements:
- Minimum five years of professional experience in agricultural sector sales, business development, or account management
- Fluent in English and Polish languages
- Technical degree, solid commercial or technical apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record in developing sales strategies and closing complex deals
- Experience with quotation management, order processing, and customer project support
- Strong understanding of agricultural production systems and industry dynamics
