Your activities
As an intern in the Regulatory Affairs department, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects in the field of infant formula or other related products, with a strong focus on goat milk-based products. You will support the team in monitoring, analyzing, and translating international laws and regulations into practical insights for, for example, product development or market introductions.
This will give you a broad understanding of the Regulatory Affairs field within the international food industry and allow you to gain valuable experience in our international company.
Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing and mapping global regulatory requirements for innovative goat milk-based products;
- Supporting the substantiation and assessment of claims;
- Assisting and contributing to the maintenance of regulatory databases;
- Researching the approval of various ingredients for use in products across different international markets;
- Supporting regulatory assessments for new ingredients and product concepts.
Possibility to support with:
- Monitoring changes in international laws and regulations and translating them into practical insights for internal stakeholders;
- Assisting with dossiers for product registrations and market authorizations as part of cross-functional project teams.

From our production locations in the Netherlands, we operate in an international environment.
This internship takes place within the Regulatory Affairs team, which is part of the R&D department. The team consists of 6 colleagues with diverse specializations and responsibilities (regions/topics). During your internship, you will be supervised by a Regulatory Affairs Manager, with support from a Regulatory Affairs Specialist/Officer.
Together, we form a close-knit and highly international team where we work hard but also value a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
You are the fit if
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Technology, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field;
- You have an affinity with food legislation, infant nutrition, and/or international regulations;
- You have strong analytical skills and work in a structured manner;
- You are curious and enjoy researching and consolidating complex information;
- You are accurate and have an eye for detail;
- You are a team player, proactive, communicative, and willing to take initiative;
- You have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
