Demand Aggregation Analyst – Europe Markets
Location: Amsterdam (Schiphol Office – hybrid)
Contract: Full-time
Team and Reporting line: Part of the Regional Supply Chain & S&OP organization, reporting directly to the Regional Demand Manager Europe
Where we need you:
The Regional Demand Planning team plays a key role in connecting Local S&OP reviews with Regional and Global S&OP processes. As a Demand Aggregation Analyst, you will support the consolidation and analysis of demand plans across Europe, ensuring high-quality forecasting and actionable business insights for our regional stakeholders.
You will work closely with local markets, regional planning teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, support decision-making, and strengthen the overall S&OP process.
Your core responsibilities at a glance:
- Support the Regional Demand Manager Europe in coordinating the Regional Demand Planning community and S&OP cycle.
- Consolidate and maintain the aggregated regional demand plan (1–24 months) across Europe.
- Connect Local demand reviews with Regional and Global S&OP processes.
- Analyse regional demand trends and provide insights to challenge and improve local market discussions.
- Prepare the regional aggregated demand plan for the regional S&OP cycle.
- Prepare consolidated views of New Product Development (NPD) demand across Sales Companies and collaborate with related stakeholders.
- Measure and monitor forecast accuracy for both statistical forecasts and local demand enrichments.
- Support product allocation decision-making based on market dynamics and forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to Demand Management processes and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, FA STAT, and FA ENRICH.

The ideal recipe for our new Demand Aggregation Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, preferably within FMCG or an international environment.
- Experience with Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP processes, Statistical Forecasting, DRP, and Inventory Planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with multifunctional and international teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- A second European language (Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) is considered a plus.
- Advanced Excel and SAP skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
- Experience with planning tools; knowledge of Arkieva is considered a plus.
- Experience working in a Shared Service Center, process-driven organization, or Center of Excellence is considered a plus.
