Who you’ll work for
Plukon Food Group is an international food company, active across 7 European countries with over 40 production sites. Known for poultry, but increasingly broader in fresh and convenience food solutions, Plukon operates in a complex environment where continuity, food safety, IT reliability and compliance are critical to daily operations.
With a decentralized structure and a strong focus on growth, standardization and professionalization, Plukon continuously works on strengthening its resilience. Business Continuity and Security play a key role at group, country and site level, ensuring that processes, systems and people remain prepared for disruptions.
For a Business Continuity Program Officer, Plukon offers a challenging environment where governance meets practice: translating frameworks, risks and regulatory requirements into workable solutions across diverse locations, cultures and IT landscapes. You operate close to the business, collaborate with IT and local teams, and contribute directly to safeguarding continuity in a dynamic, international food production context.
