Your impact
As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in developing, configuring and supporting our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud). You’ll ensure our commercial teams have the tools they need to succeed — while continuously improving end-to-end customer experiences.
What you’ll do
Salesforce platform & development
Configure and manage Salesforce security (roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows).
Maintain and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud.
Build and improve reports, dashboards and workflows.
Support operational requests such as customer analyses and custom views.
Configure automations (email notifications, approvals, workflows, auto-responders).
Work with external software vendors and internal stakeholders.
Track and complete work items in Azure DevOps within sprint timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
User support & enablement
Maintain data quality (including duplicate management and cleansing).
Handle Salesforce support cases and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Create and maintain user documentation, training materials and knowledge articles.
Act as the voice of end users within the Commercial Technology team.
Support rollouts and implementations of new functionality.
Continuous learning & best practices
Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations through Trailhead and certifications.
Follow Salesforce and Lamb Weston best practices.
Work within Agile methodologies and defined security and development processes.
What you bring
At least 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or similar).
At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly valued.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
