As Digital Commerce Specialist – Salesforce, you shape how IMCD serves customers digitally in 60+ countries; improving adoption, experience and commercial impact of MyIMCD, our global B2B platform.
This is a group-level role with real influence: you translate customer and business needs into smarter digital solutions, guide countries forward, and continuously improve how digital commerce drives growth.
Your impact
You will:
- Own and evolve MyIMCD: Drive global adoption, usage and continuous improvement of IMCD's B2B customer platform.
- Turn insight into action: Analyse customer behaviour, platform data and feedback to identify opportunities for better UX, conversion and engagement.
- Shape the digital roadmap: Translate business needs into clear backlog items and work closely with developers, architects and external partners.
- Enable countries to succeed: Support local teams with onboarding, training, best practices and guidance. Helping them grow digital maturity and results.
- Be the bridge: Align Sales, Marketing, IT and Digital to drive priorities forward.
- Measure what matters: Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights via dashboards and KPIs (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics).
What makes you successful in this role
You are someone who:
- Understands B2B digital commerce and how platforms support commercial excellence.
- Enjoys stakeholder management in a complex, international organization.
- Has hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Commerce / Experience Cloud is a plus).
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit, ‘get things done’ mentality and strong problem solving skills.
- Is comfortable working in agile environments with sprints, backlogs and external development teams.
- Thinks analytically and uses data to drive decisions.
Your background
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital commerce, CRM or related roles (B2B context preferred).
- Experience working with developers, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Curious mindset with a drive to continuously improve digital solutions.
