As Global Process Owner (GPO), you will be accountable for the design, documentation, performance, and continuous improvement of the Customer Pricing & Billing subdomain, covering areas such as One List Price, Billing, PEAK and BAU, R1–R5.
You play a key role in PVM’s business transformation, ensuring process integrity, alignment, and compliance across process, data, technology, and organizational dimensions.
Your responsibilities include:

Owning the end-to-end process and data design for your subdomain, supported by the Process Excellence Lead (PEL) and Functional Chief.

Acting as the final decision authority for subdomain process and data standards, ensuring measurable business value.

Maintaining process documentation and ensuring alignment with business and transformation goals.

Acting as delegated Global Data Owner for relevant master data, defining and maintaining global data standards.

Collaborating with central Data Governance, regional stewards, and IT to ensure data quality and compliance.

Driving the continuous improvement agenda together with the PEL, based on strategic priorities and insights from the business.

Leading fit-gap assessments, impact analyses, and process improvement initiatives.

Providing expert input to the Request for Change (RFC) and backlog process, supporting from business case to adoption.

Leading the Process Excellence Network within the subdomain to ensure consistent global execution and feedback loops.

Promoting standardization and adoption of global process and data standards across all regions and business units.

Acting as a gatekeeper to ensure global template integrity, approving or rejecting business and data requests via the global change process (CAB).
