As Manager Technology, you will lead a team of 11 experts and project managers focused on developing and optimizing processing technologies for powdered dairy products. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning technological developments with business priorities. As SPOC for SN, you will facilitate cross-functionalcollaboration, ensuring that R&D efforts support both supply chain efficiency and new product innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Evaporation, Drying, Heat Integration & Powder team.
- Developing technology roadmaps and managing project portfolios.
- Supporting scale-up and implementation of new technologies.
- Acting as the R&D representative in SN forums and strategic discussions.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability in all technology initiatives.
