Kabrita is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Brand Manager Health Care Professional to join the Global Infant Category Team. In this role, you will not only contribute to building Kabrita’s global medical brand presence but also drive brand growth through marketing activities that connect healthcare credibility with commercial success.

The role reports directly to the Global Infant Category Lead and collaborates closely with the cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Digital, Sales, Regions and others).
- Co-develops the global strategy and annual marketing plan for Kabrita Infant Formula, ensuring alignment with brand and category goals.
- Creates clear, evidence-based narratives and toolkits for healthcare professionals (HCPs), supporting local markets with effective communication assets.
- Translates complex scientific and clinical information into engaging messages for both digital and offline channels.
- Leads the development of HCP launch toolkits for new products, ensuring strong medical and brand positioning.
- Drives global digital marketing initiatives for HCPs, including social media, webinars, podcasts, and online learning.
- Manages the dissemination of Kabrita’s scientific data, ensuring visibility in both HCP and brand-driven contexts.
- Organizes and supports internal and external HCP events and expert days to build brand awareness and trust.
- Collects and analyzes HCP insights and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement.
- Collaborates with regional marketing, regulatory, R&D, and sales teams for strategic alignment and compliant execution.
- Contributes to KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement, scientific content planning, and competitive intelligence sharing.
- Represents Kabrita confidently in external settings as a credible brand ambassador.

Our international KIBU team is headquartered in Zwolle and operates across six sales regions supported by five sales organizations worldwide.
You are the fit if
- Bacheloror Masters degreein Nutritional Science, Dietetics, Biomedical Science, or related life sciences field.
- 5+ years of experience in Health Care Professionalmarketing and/or brand management within nutrition, infant formula, or healthcare-related sectors.
- Strong ability to communicate scientific topics in a clear, credible, and engaging way.
- Experience developing HCP communication tools, scientific branding, and marketing assets in a regulated environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in a global or multi-market role and familiarity with infant nutrition regulations is desirable.
- Confident, collaborative, and purpose-driven, with a passion for pediatric nutrition.
- Team player, strong communication and project management skills.
- Proactive and hands-on, attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about creating meaningful HCP experiences and driving brand credibility and commercial impact.
