As a Manager OT & Engineering you are going to set up a strategy on preventive and predictive maintenace. In order to achieve a cost effective performance of equipment. Set up an overall OT strategy for both sites and aim for standardisation where possible. This role is critical for minimizing downtime, reducing operational costs, and ensuring that all assets are maintained to meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
Wat we vragen
- Higher Vocational / Applied sciences/ Bachelor (HBO) with experience >10 years or Academic/ Master (WO) with experience >7 years;
- Has good knowledge of all OT & maintenance processes;
- Minimum of 7 year of managerial experience in a production environment;
- Strong on implementing strategies;
- Strong communication and reporting skills;
- Planning and organizational skills, monitoring, and project management abilities.

- Lead and manage engineering and OT, assign tasks, and ensure proper training;
