To strengthen their Product Management team, we are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Product Manager to shape the future of Zeelandia’s Release Agents category. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially-minded professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. In this global role, you’ll work closely with R&D, marketing, sales and operations teams across local markets to help bakers around the world perform at their best.

Functie

Responsible for the strategy for the Release Agents category, including portfolio development, positioning, marketing plans, and NPD roadmap
Lead category management efforts by developing dashboards and tools to analyze product performance, identify growth opportunities, manage the lifecycle, reduce complexity, and mitigate risks.
Translate customer and market insights into compelling value propositions and targeted messaging for key segments
Guide and support local operating companies in strategic product decisions, assortment optimization, marketing activation, and new product introductions
Collaborate with R&D on innovation plans and support the development and go-to-market execution of new products
Connect with procurement and operations to secure sourcing, ensure product availability, and address supply chain risks
Work closely with communication and commercial teams to align messaging and marketing content across regions; report to the Category Manager Bread.

Profiel

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Food Technology or a related field
Relevant experience in B2B product marketing or category management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry
Skilled in portfolio and lifecycle management, positioning, and value proposition development
Experience working in international organizations and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with tools like Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Proactive and strategic thinker, with strong communication and project management skills
Able to work independently in a decentralized structure and connect easily with international teams; willing to travel within Europe (~10%)
Excellent English required; Dutch is a plus
Character traits: hands-on, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and customer-focused.
