What are you going to do?
As Commercial Controller Netherlands, you take full ownership of the commercial financial performance for the Dutch business. Operating as a trusted business partner to the Sales organization, you translate data into insights and drive commercial decision-making, directly influencing growth and operational excellence.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales P&L for the Netherlands, delivering accurate management reporting and clear performance insights
- Analyse revenue, margins, and commercial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities through variance analysis
- Act as strategic advisor to Sales and Commercial teams, supporting decisions on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, building financial models to support growth and performance improvement
- Play a key role in tenders and commercial business cases, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process optimisation within commercial finance
- Strengthen data quality and reporting structures to enhance decision-making across the organization

Job requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in commercial controlling, FP&A, business analysis, or management reporting
- Proven experience within commercial or sales-driven environments
- Strong affinity with tenders, pricing strategies, and sales controlling
- Advanced analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into business impact
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering with Sales teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
