At the Cosun Innovation Center inDinteloord, we are looking for aFermentation Specialist.The Fermentation Specialist executes and reports on practical experimental work related to fermentation technology.TheFermentation Specialist contributesto the knowledge development ofthe fermentationcapability and the successful delivery of the research and/or New Product Development projects.
You will work closely with Scientists, project managers and cross-functional project members.

Your main mission is to:
- Prepare the execution of the experimental design,includingplanning,material ordering and laboratory set-up according to known procedures in a safe manner
- Executes the experimental work at lab scale, pilot scale and/or possibly factory scale
- Ensuring robust documentation and reporting of results in a clear and structured manner
- Support the analysis, interpretation, and processing of results of experiments
- Present and discuss results with the team, project team or other departments
- Assist in continuous improvement of the design, development and operation of bench and pilot scale experiments and their associated procedures / SOP
- Maintain lab facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and good housekeeping standards are met
