As Manager Technical Services, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and longevity of equipment, machinery, and facilities across our two state-of-the-art cheese packaging sites in Wolvega and Leerdam. Your leadership directly impacts operational efficiency, cost control, and safety compliance—making you a key driver of our success.
You’ll be part of the Multisite Management Team at one of the world’s leading cheese packaging operations, where innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
Wat we vragen
- A Bachelor’s degree (HBO) with 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree (WO) with 7+ years of experience in a technical or engineering field.
- Proven expertise in Operational Excellence methodologies such as WCOM, OWOW, TPM, Six Sigma, or Lean.
- A strong track record in leading transformational change within production or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable improvement plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
